Adopting advanced high-speed burner, this kiln ensures uniform inside temperature and lower temperature difference. Ceramic fiber is used in kiln lining to reduce heat loss and save fuel. Microcomputer-based fully automatic control system controls firing curve to facilitate operation. No human monitoring needed in the firing process; automatic warning in case of system failure to prompt operator; when stopping kiln operation, the system will automatically shut off furnace to safety status.
